On our honeymoon (See <a href="/blog/archives/2003/06/03/oh_happy_daybis.html">Oh happy day.bis</a>''), my wife and I have been in Iceland, commonly calledÍsland” by it’s inhabitants.

For all the impatient among you, here nothing but the numbers:

• Days: 14
• Km: 2′800
• Car: Škoda Octavia 4×4, 2.0
• Roads: From bad to worse
• People: Very friendly, but few
• Birds: Many, some agressive
• Sheep: Many, mostly crossing the road
• Horses: Many, laughing at you
• Geysers: A few, but impressive

There was much saying about this “taking the red pill” and I have my doubts if my contribution will make a difference, especially if none but a few people will read what I write.
