From what I can guess from his post, he does not use LiveDictionary yet, so if he can hear me (and owns a Mac), I recommend him to grab a copy of [LiveDictionary][sdh], add his favourite Cocoa Mail app to the .plist, as indicated [on the forums][ext], and enjoy.
